Opportunity at Microsoft.

Last month, my friends Abdul Aleem, Mian Haroon Saeed and Usman Qutab, applied at Microsoft. I did not apply, may be my biggest mistake of life. But my friends were sent the written interview, which they cleared easily. Then they were called for a telephone interview, which they again cleared easily. Then they were called for a face to face interview at Dubai. It was a moment of excitement.

Unfortunately none of them was selected, but I think being selected from so many students who applied there, and talking to the microsft people, is itself a big accomplishment.

Inshallah, these three friends of mine will go very high in their career (Ameen).

I was called for another interview. I was offered a job. It marked a new beginning of a new year since it was First Muharram that day. I felt sorrow for Usman, because he deserved the job, but luckily I got it. I wish for him, that he gets a better one. I felt sorrow for my friend Harry (Haroon Saeed), cauz he is the one who forced me to send my resume here. I don't know how what he did at the interview, but I rank him above me. If I have got this job, this is just because of him, Thanx Haroon.

I was called for an interview after being short listed through a written test. My friends Abdul Aleem, Mian Haroon Saeed & Usman Qutab were also called.
This being my second interview, still I neither prepared for it nor revised anything. The interview went OK. I got stuck in Artificial Intelligence domain.
Usman's interview also went good. Let's hope everything goes fine.
